I teach Hatha yoga, a form of yoga that prioritises mindfulness, calm and relaxation. My studies in India make these classes faithful to the origins of yoga, with a focus on the cultural and spiritual history of the form.
The yoga classes are usually an hour to an hour and half long with pranayama and yoga asana, followed by a yoga nidra. The classes are quite intimate with gentle instructions and assisted adjustments, to allow you to flow into yoga postures correctly.
You can also have 1-1 sessions or a smaller group of students if you feel that going to larger classes will be too daunting.
ONLINE LESSONS
If you’re too busy or too far away to attend classes in person, you can enjoy a live yoga lesson in the comfort of your own home. All you need is a smartphone, tablet or laptop, an internet connection and a quiet space. Contact me for details and times.
