About Inua Wellbeing
The name Inua comes from the Inuit word which means a spirit or soul that exists in all people, animals, lakes, mountains, and plants.
I wanted to create a name for my wellbeing concept that encompassed my beliefs. This seemed to fit perfectly, because it suggests that we are all connected, interwoven within the fabric of life. Our energy comes from the same source and thus, by working with it, we can bring it back to its natural form, which is stress-free contentment.
By working with our energy physically, such as through yoga asana, breathing techniques, massage or through healing modalities such as Reiki we are trying to connect to the divine, or spirit, or back to feel wholesome again.
